Wellington Court is a former army barracks which has been tastefully restored and converted into flats. The complex is situated in a quiet position close to the Nothe Gardens on a peninsula dividing Weymouth and Portland harbours.

I have three flats at Wellington Court; one on the ground floor, one on the first floor which overlooks the harbour and one on the second floor which has panoramic views of the bay, town and surrounding hills.

Each flat sleeps up to 4 with a double bedroom plus a sofa bed in the lounge-diner. The bathroom has a bath with shower and the separate kitchen includes a fridge, oven, microwave and washer drier.

An allocated parking space is included in the price, an unusual bonus for central Weymouth.

Cot and high chair available on request. Bedding is provided, but not towels and toiletries, so please bring your own.

The deposit is £75 per flat per week and the balance is due six weeks before the start of your stay. In the event of a cancellation, £25 will be retained to cover costs.

Check in time is 4 pm, check out at 10 am. Parking is available from midday on day of arrival.

Wi-fi available in Flats 29 and 33.
